Podiatry

Foot and ankle problems can affect your ability to walk, stand or even work.

Hunt Regional Healthcare offers a complete range of foot and ankle surgeries, including bunion and toe joint treatment, club foot and flat foot repair and endoscopic Plantar Faciectis remedies.

Under the direction of Dr. Steven P. Brancheau, D.P.M., the Podiatry Residency Program at Hunt Regional Medical Center is part of the Texas Podiatric Medical Foundation's statewide Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency network.

The program accepts 2 residents per year in a 3-year program, for a total of 6 residents at any given time, with an emphasis on forefoot, rearfoot and ankle reconstructive surgery and trauma. A resident-run weekly clinic offers follow-up on foot trauma treatment, post-surgery examinations, diabetic foot care and wound care.
