Dr. Syed Hamid became part of Hunt Regional Medical Center in 2004. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has been in a leadership role for most of his career. He was our past Chief of Staff and is the current Chair of Medicine and Program Director of Hospital Medicine. As a faculty member, he brings vast experience in teaching residents how to navigate patient management in a community with limited resources.
