Overview
Dr. Matthew Comley, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. A native Texan, he earned his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He went on to complete advanced fellowship training at Houston Methodist Hospital, where he cared for athletes from Rice University and the Houston Texans. Dr. Comley’s clinical interests include minimally invasive arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage preservation, and treatment of shoulder and knee injuries.
