 Self-funded plan with discounts on provider care and heavily discounted facility charges at Hunt Regional Healthcare. Outside facilities are also discounted through the Cigna PPO.

Competitive benefits with no deductible for primary and preventive dental procedures are paid at 100%. Vision benefits include a copay for exams and a $150 frame allowance.

Choose between after-tax and pre-tax contributions or a combination of both. District matches 100% up to 4% of gross earnings. Managed by Milliman and invested with Schwab.

 We believe in furthering educational opportunities for our employees, which is why we offer up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement.

We provide our employees with 1x their annual salary in term life insurance coverage, which is paid for by the Hospital District(Hunt Regional Healthcare). You'll also be able to purchase additional life insurance, and all of our voluntary benefits are portable.

We provide Long Term Disability protection at no cost, which will reimburse you for 50% of your annual salary if you become disabled.

We offer a range of voluntary benefits, including cancer protection, accident protection, and critical care benefits, to give you added protection and support.

Our FSA allows you to set aside a specified amount each year on a debit card. This money can be used for medical expenses that aren't covered by insurance or over-the-counter items that are medically necessary.

We understand that everyone needs a break occasionally, so we offer paid leave benefits that start accruing on your first day of eligibility. You can even carry over vacation days and sick leave, so you have plenty of time to rest and recover when needed.

Our in-house pharmacy is located on the second floor of our main campus, making it easy to fill your prescriptions while at work.
