Michelle Iniguez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pulmonary and sleep medicine. She has worked alongside Dr. Mohan Philip for several years, providing care to patients throughout Greenville and Hunt County and supporting the diagnosis and management of complex respiratory and sleep conditions.

Michelle provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic pulmonary diseases and sleep disorders in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Her clinical experience includes the management of conditions such as asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea. Through her longstanding collaboration with Dr. Philip, she helps ensure continuity of care and a consistent, patient-centered approach for the community they serve.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle worked as a Registered Nurse caring for high-acuity patients in hospital settings.

Michelle is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care and is proud to serve the Hunt County community as part of the Hunt Regional Specialists Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine team.
