Hunt Regional Healthcare and the Hunt Memorial Hospital District seek to comply with all Federal and State laws and regulations to establish and disseminate written policies to any contractor or agent of HMHD, that includes detailed information about the False Claims Act and HMHD policies and procedures for detecting and preventing waste, fraud and abuse.

These policies must be adopted by any contractor or agent when performing their duties and responsibilities under the Agreement with HMHD.
